collard, beet greens, mustard and broccoli are all acceptable vegetables that should make up a large part of the box turtle’s diet. Alfalfa grass and alfalfa meal are also acceptable. Kale and parsley are also acceptable, as are watercress and clover. Red or green cabbage and cilantro are also acceptable vegetables.
