Then, under Applications, select Application Manager.
Select ‘Programs that can show on top’ or ‘Draw over other apps’ from the Menu icon Action overflow icon (upper-right).
From the selected option icon will appear corner, select Apps with Permission.
Turn off the permissions for any of the apps on the list that were causing problems. Relaunch the app from a Home screen. With a toggle, you can toggle it on or off. Turn off every permission that are especially live (e.g., Permit Drawing over other apps, Contacts, etc.). Note Repeat steps 4-6 as needed to find the app that is causing the notifications. To turn off permissions, go to Draw over other apps and hit any app on the list that was creating issues. Turn the light off. From a Homepage, relaunch the app.
Turn the light off. From a Home screen, relaunch the app. Switch on or off with a toggle. Turn apart any permissions that are actually ongoing (e.g., Permit Drawing over other apps, Contacts, etc.). Note Steps 5-7 can be repeated as required to discover which app is causing the notifications.
Note Alternately, put the device in Safe Mode and go through the procedures again (5-7).
Android 8.0 and above (Oreo)
To access the app’s screen from a Home screen, slide up or down from the core of the display.
Only the Standard mechanism and the default Home screen layout are handled by these tutorials.

Select the Menu option. Choose Special access from the menu sign in the upper-right corner. From Special access, pick Draw over other windows.
Turn the light off. From a Home screen, relaunch the app. Switch on or off using a toggle. Shut off the permissions that seem to be available (e.g., Permit Drawing over other apps, Contacts, etc.). Steps 5-7 can be done that many steps were repeated to uncover the app that is causing the notifications.
