"Dinner after the show at the Spiegeltent at Bard College. The outdoor kitchen goes the distance and sources tons of ingredients from neighboring farms. They're menu is seasonal and diverse—this is the corn and hominy salad, grilled shrimp tacos, and sweet potato nicoise. Yum!"
